This 206-unit, mixed-income community adjacent to Paradise Valley Mall was acquired in June 2002 through a $7.5 million FHA-insured 223 (f) mortgage financed with 501(c) (3) tax-exempt bonds through the City of Phoenix IDA. Acquisition capital was also provided through an $850,000 low-interest loan from the City of Phoenix’s General Obligation Bond program. The complex features 54 studios, 102 one-bedroom units, 49 two-bedroom units and one three-bedroom unit.
