CSA, in partnership with the Maricopa County Housing Authority, completed the new construction of this community in December of 2002. Financed in part with tax credit equity from John Hancock, this complex contains 2-, 3-, and 5- bedroom units for extremely low to moderate-income families. Of these, 40 units serve as replacement public housing units. Rose Terrace also has an on-site child care program offered through Head Start, a pool area, playgrounds and community room. Project financing was provided by Wells Fargo Bank, John Hancock and 1st National Bank of Arizona.
