CSA owns and operates over 40 multi-family properties across the state of Arizona that provide affordable rental housing to over three-thousand low and moderate-income families and elderly residents. These properties offer high-quality, safe and affordable housing to persons earning less than median income at rental rates that are within their range of affordability.

As a recognized Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), CSA has extensive experience acquiring and rehabilitating apartment units for affordable multi-family housing as well as developing new mixed-income communities across the state.

Each development aims to secure long-term affordability, revitalize neighborhoods, support the local economy and accomplish family self-sufficiency through comprehensive tenant services. Our portfolio of urban, suburban and rural developments include units of 1 to 5 bedrooms for families and seniors between 0-80% of the area median income. Many properties also include unrestricted market rate rental units.

CSA also administers the City of Peoria’s Public Housing Programs including both the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program and Public Housing Assistance program.
