The Pine Crest Apartments preservation project represented a substantial investment in the Alhambra Village of Phoenix. The 264 unit property received $4 million in renovations completed in 2005. This affordable acquisition and rehabilitation project received funding from the sale of tax exempt private activity bonds, City of Phoenix HOME Funds, and Low Income Housing Tax Credits awarded by the State of Arizona.
