With 8 existing units of permanent rental housing for victims of domestic violence, the Brewster Center of Tucson teamed with CSA to develop 14 additional units on the same site. Receiving a 2002 allocation of tax credits, as well as State, City and County Housing funds, construction was completed in the fall of 2003.
