This 96-unit property was acquired in December 2001 through a partnership between CSA and Family Housing Resources (FHR) substantially rehabilitated the property to serve income-eligible Tucson residents. Financing was provided through tax-exempt bonds, 4% tax credits and a HOME loan from the City of Tucson/Pima County Consortium. Acquisition and rehabilitation bridge capital was provided by Wells Fargo Bank and the Housing Partnership Network.
