Pinetop Hills Apartments
Pinetop, AZ - 64 Units

The 64-unit Pinetop Hills Apartments was completed in Fall 2006.  This affordable housing development was made possible by an award of Low Income Housing Tax Credits, State Housing Funds from the Arizona Department of Housing, and a USDA. Rural Development 538 Loan Guarantee.  The Pinetop Hills Apartments will help many families live near their work in a mountain community where the cost of housing is increasingly out of reach.
