This rental community, located in northwestern Arizona, was CSA’s first new construction tax credit development. It was financed with State Housing Funds and tax credit equity from Bank One. Construction was completed in March 1996.

Tivoli Heights Village Phase I & II
Kingman, AZ - 96 Rental Homes

Ninety-six new, rental homes in Kingman, Arizona developed in partnership with Social Services Interagency Council of Lake Havasu City. Financing for the project is provided by the Arizona Department of Housing and SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners. Phase I leasing is expected to commence in October 2008.
