In partnership with United Methodist Outreach Ministries (UMOM), CSA completed the construction of this central Phoenix in-fill project in April 2002. Financed in part with tax credit equity from the National Equity Fund, private financing from Wells Fargo Bank and a HOME loan from the City of Phoenix, this $5.2 million, mixed-income community is designed to move formerly homeless families into the private, mainstream rental market.
